- Banfield needed to organize and automate components of their Learning Management System in order to meet the demands of their Learning & Development initiatives. With no regular maintenance being performed and multiple users with Administrative access, there were a many old catalog items cluttering the catalog.
- The Solution
- Synergy Codeworks worked with Banfield to provide custom catalog maintenance toolkit and move-to-history extension. Synergy also conducted a series of intensive boot camps with power users and helped to troubleshoot and resolve on-going eLearning content issues that were causing intense frustration for employees and administrators.
